A beautifully refreshed Eichler has just come on the market in Concord. It's a larger, Claude Oakland model & located in the Rancho de los Santos neighborhood. It looks to be a good one, and the asking's right in line with the comps. With comparable Eichlers in neighboring Walnut Creek holding steady in the $800K+ range, these Concord Eichlers are still an incredible bargain!

kitchen is minimal, but very workable. i like that they kept the original layout, now all you need is a flying coffin!
